You can begin from the web even if you installed TripToad from an app store. The current process records a durable request for manual completion.
The request lives in the signed-in account so it can be tied to the correct person.
Sign in to the TripToad account you want removed and open the account page.
Scroll to Danger zone and select Request account deletion.
Type the email address shown for your account and submit. TripToad records the request for an administrator to handle.
Submitting creates or refreshes a pending request. A TripToad administrator must follow up and complete the deletion manually. TripToad does not currently publish an automatic completion time, so this page does not promise one.
Your account page also has Download my data. Use it before requesting deletion if you want a copy of the account and trip data available to you.
Contact support from the email used for the account when possible and state that you want the account deleted. Never send your password or a verification code.
