Help for the part of the trip that got stuck.

Find the shortest route back into your plan, or send enough context for us to investigate. There is no support-response-time promise yet.

Pick up the trail here

These routes cover the most common blockers without asking you to disclose private sign-in information.

  1. Sign-in trouble

Try Sign in again in the same browser. If the problem continues, tell us which sign-in method you used and what the last visible screen said.

    Go to sign in
  2. An invitation will not open

Return to the original invitation link. For an email invitation, use the email address that received it. Tell us whether the page says the link is expired, inactive, or unavailable.

  3. Service or loading problem

Check the live status page first. If TripToad is operational, send the page address, your device and browser, and what you expected to see.

    Check system status
  4. Account or data request

Your account page includes data export and a durable account-deletion request. The public deletion page explains the current process before you begin.

    Account deletion

What to include

  • What you were trying to do and what happened instead.
  • The page address and the exact error wording, if one appeared.
  • Your device, operating system, and browser or app version.
  • A screenshot with private booking details covered, when useful.

Keep secrets out of the report

Never send a password, verification code, recovery code, authentication token, or full payment-card number. TripToad support does not need them.
